Annual fall trip awaits for these species

Snow Geese by the tens of thousands lift off and settle back down in the Knox-Marsellus Marsh during the annual spring bird migration at the Montezuma Wetlands Complex in the town of Tyre, Seneca County, Monday, March 9, 2020. During a roughly two week stretch, hundreds of thousands of the geese will migrate from their winter homes in the Chesapeake and Delaware bays, stopping in Montezuma for rest and food, before continuing on to their summer nesting home in the Hudson Bay region in the Canadian arctic.
