Shiba Inu Fast Food Partner Confirms Relaunch in Italy

Welly, a Shiba Inu partner, has officially announced the date for the grand relaunch of its SHIB-themed fast food restaurant in Naples, Italy. 

In a recent X post, Welly announced that it will kickstart operations for its web3 restaurant today, October 31, 2023.

However, the team did not disclose the exact time for the grand reopening of the restaurant. Welly emphasized that it has finalized the details and is now ready to relaunch operations.

Welly Opening Menu 

The Welly team shared the “first opening menu” for the restaurant. Notably, the list highlights a variety of fast food, including chicken sandwiches, cheeseburger, chicken bacon, grilled chicken, Caesar wrap, and waffle fries.

Welly will also offer soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and Milkshake.

The Naples-based restaurant revealed the pivotal role played by the community throughout the creation of the menu. According to Welly, the opening menu was studied and shared with the community. The fast-food restaurant disclosed its readiness to include new sandwiches based on its community’s request.

Ongoing Testing of Welly Tracking Technology 

Furthermore, Welly also provided an update on the ongoing testing of its upcoming tracking technology. The company revealed that it is currently testing the tracking technology inside its store.

Per the announcement, the restaurant’s management system responsible for taking customers’ orders and other kitchen operations has been connected to the blockchain. The solution will help to transmit food data and other activities in each location where Welly operates.

Welly’s blockchain-based tracking tool has been in active development over the past few months. As reported earlier, Welly’s business developer @PB5 stated that the solution will revolutionize the restaurant business by helping brands track food items and their overall operations.

Welly Hosts X Spaces

Meanwhile, Welly hosted X Spaces yesterday to address all questions regarding its upcoming launch. Interestingly, a total of 463 X (formerly Twitter) users tuned in to the spaces.

The anticipated relaunch of Welly follows the company’s recent partnerships with two Italian-based delivery giants, Deliveroo and Glovo.

Following the partnerships, both Deliveroo and Glovo can deliver customers’ orders straight to their doorsteps. At the moment, Welly is currently located in Naples, Italy. The company is making plans to expand its operations to other locations through franchises.
