Team Issues Fresh Warning About Shiba Inu Official Partnerships

DaVinci, Shiba Inu’s Discord admin, has urged SHIB enthusiasts to be wary of SHIB-related partnerships not announced on official channels.

In a recent message, Shiba Inu’s pseudonymous Discord admin DaVinci has issued a fresh warning regarding influencers and media outlets writing about SHIB-related projects.

He emphasized that these influencers and journalists have no affiliation with Shiba Inu developers.

“Just because people use the name Shibarium or journalists write about the Shiba Inu project does not necessarily mean that it has any connection with the Shiba Inu ecosystem developers,” DaVinci said in a screenshot shared by X user @sand_shibarmy.

All Partnerships Will Be Announced on Official Channels

DaVinci reminded SHIB holders to conduct due diligence on every Shiba Inu-related announcement.

Furthermore, DaVinci noted that the team will announce all partnerships via official channels, like Shiba Inu’s blog. DaVinci also mentioned that Shiba Inu has a Discord channel for announcements on official partnerships.

He stressed that if the announcement is not issued on official channels, it is not a “Shiba ecosystem partnership.”

Shiba Inu Team Consistently Issues Warnings

DaVinci’s reminder marks the latest warning from Shiba Inu team members. The team behind the project is known for constantly issuing warnings to SHIB holders to keep them safe.

It bears mentioning that Shiba Inu is one of the industry’s most popular crypto projects, boasting over a million retail investors.

Given the enormous number of SHIB retail investors, bad actors consider the community their perfect target. These malefactors devise new and creative tactics daily to scam unsuspecting SHIB investors.

As a result, Shiba Inu team members deem it necessary to always issue warnings to the community. As reported earlier, Shiba Inu’s marketing specialist, Lucie, warned the community that the team has not yet launched the TREAT token.

The warning became necessary after several posts claimed the team had launched the token.

DaVinci Warns About Scam Tokens

Yesterday, DaVinci issued a stern warning regarding a scam token dubbed DogPad. In a lengthy Discord message, he reminded Shiba Inu enthusiasts to always “do their homework before jumping into any crypto project.”

He shared some safety measures, emphasizing the need to use popular platforms and wallets that offer secure and transparent services.

However, should anyone get scammed, DaVinci urged users to contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center for help.
